APEX Group Classes

Do you prefer training in a group environment over 1:1 coaching? Do you need help learning proper form and set up before pushing your training to the next level? Join up to 9 fellow clients working on their personal fitness journey in our morning or evening Apex Class. Focused on strength building, the training program changes each month to keep you motivated and engaged. Each individual receives a personalized nutrition program at sign up that will be managed and adjusted throughout their membership. A Body Composition Reading will be recorded as needed and stored in our fitness app to help you track your progress.

Personal Training

Our premier 1:1 fitness coaching service for those just getting started on their fitness journey or individuals seeking maximum support and personal motivation. Our expert coaches will provide extra attention and cueing to those who may not understand the proper form and set up. Ideally, you’ll learn the proper way to complete your program and move into a lower-cost group class to continue training as long as you’d like.
